Pitch Control ReRemix
The TROS also had the Pitch Control Reremixes in the time between Soulshow AND Dancetrax. The show was presented by Barry Pitch.
Barry's real name is Jan Lochtenberg. Before being a TROS radio 3 DJ he was DJ and co-starter of 'W.A.P.S. FM (Wave Amsterdam Power Sound)', a local radiostation in Amsterdam.
WAPS FM had their own top 50 which was heavily R & B oriented because the show was sponsored by Rhythm Import (Peter Duykersloot was the owner of this company.
Patrick Heinsen made their weekly remix of the nr. 1 in the Top 50. Patrick also made the 1st mix for Pitch Control. The 1st mix was Yazz - Doctorin' the house.
The Mixes where made by guys from DMC like Paul Dakeyne and Les Adams and various dutch 'home-mixers'.
The names they have here are usually the names I gave'em. I'll try to describe the mixes if I can.
