Marcel Theunissen
Marcel is born in Eindhoven (Holland). He was a Marketing-student but also made music. When he was 15 (!) his first megamix was broadcasted as a BVD. Becaude off his big mouth (he told the DJ how good he was) a local Discotheque asked him to be their DJ. Fortunately his performance went great. In that Discotheque he met Ege. They started making Megamixes and smaller remixes which were broadcasted as BVD or Ricksmix.
His big example..... Ben Liebrand.

Eeg van Kruysdijk
Eeg van Kruysdijk, born on 15 may 1971, comes from a very musical family. One grandfather sang in a local (Eindhoven, Holland) choir, the other was a recensent of Jazz- and Bluesrecords and worked for Phonogram. His father,Willem van Kruysdijk (dutch rockband Slagerij van Kampen) were the base of his interest in music. He grew up between musicians, artists and creative people. Soon he began to play drums in a local funk / pop/coverband and began to write lyrics. They played in local bars and stuff, but it was still 'nickel-n-dime' work.
At 15 Eeg bought to pickups and began experimenting with cutting and pasting pop and discorecords. In the local discotheque he 'worked' the light and lasershow and every saturday his mix was played. It was a big success.They began as small cut'n paste mixes but when Eeg started adding intro's and played own music, they got bigger and better.
Eeg was a contestant in the Dutch National Live mix Championships en was number 3. After that he sent a tape of his work to the dutch radioshow Avro's driemaaldoordraai and was asked to come to the studio where he met Robin Albers (now Jaydee, The Sunclub) and Ben Liebrand. Some of his mixes where playes in that show.

EGMA
The first record they made wa a big hit EGMA (EGvan Kruysdijk & MArcel Theunissen)'s "Let the base kick" (90/91) was released on the Midtown label. It reached 10th place in the annual chart!. They made some Turn up the bass/Technotrance-megamixes for the ARCADE recordcompany.
In France they had a big hit with "Never Gonna Loose Your Love". Allmost 10 weeks on number 1! In Holland this record only had 3 weeks in the Dutch Top 50.

... And beyond
Now (1999) they work apart.
In 1993, Eeg had a ducth top15 hit with "Usha - I Want you". After remixes for "London Beat" and "Twenty 4 Seven"  Eeg also had hitrecords  with the groups "Camen" and "Wonderland". Eeg was also the manager for these groups. Around that time Eeg teamed up with Ed van Otterdijk. Together they started the girlygroup "Close II You". They had international succes with this group. Then the started "All of Us",ane made a track for the dutch Eurovision songcontest called "Maybe Love". Now Eeg works with Jean Paul Vis, a club-D.J.

Marcel works with 4 other producers on lots of other productions (Central Seven is their most successfull)
Marcel has (with Martijn de vries) a recordcompany called Triple-B-Records. They are slowly moving into the video-production market too. Watch out...
