This is the Mixhistory site.

On this site we (and you!) can post all kind of info on mixes played on (web-) radio. The mixed we're speaking of are mixes 'made for radio'. Not released remixes, but mixed made by 'amateur'-mixers (or pro's). Some of the mixes will/can be found on cd's, but they're usually made for '10 minutes of fame' at a Radioshow.

This site was started in 1998, with some pages around Ben Liebrand and his Minimix, In-The-Mix and grandmixes. With that it growed to the Dutch Mix History site. A lot of info on dutch mixers was added. Some of them later had worldwide hits (like Peter Slaghuis (Hithouse), Lex van Coeverden (Atlantic Ocean), Koen Groeneveld & Addie van der Zwan (Klubbheads), others became famous in Holland with their megamixes (DJ Sandstorm), and others faded away.

For all of those mixers (and the non-dutch DJ's offcourse!) we make this site. To keep the memory alive of the great times and great mixes they gave us. The site is not limited to dutch mixes offcourse. Feel free to add other mix-shows and remixers from other countries.

Apart from the lists with mixers and Radioshows you can also see a list with yearmixes, mixes, mashups or remixes. You can also go 'per year'. There you will find mixes made in that year, or with that year as a theme. Category:2010, Category:2009,Category:2008, Category:2007. If you want to contribute: please do.
