- Once Upon A Time, There Was A Boy....:)
- Well, at an early age already, music was my life. I listened the whole day to the radio, and recorded everything I liked. When I was 13, I tried to work at a local radio station in the middle of Holland, Nieuwegein Radio. I was very lucky to learn the basics of DJ'ing there.
- A couple of years later, I started to Dj at several discotheques and started making mixes. Together with Dj Timo I made some mixes with cd-players (without pitch unfortunately). For the mixes we selected some tracks, with almost the same BPM (Close enough to mix them about 30 seconds). We made 2 mixes in this way and we send them to the national music station of Holland, Radio 538. We were very surprised when they broadcasted them ;).
- After that we made some yearmixes together. At the moment, most of the time I'm making "Battlemixes". My "Bad Affair" remix reached the second place in a remix contest of Radio 538. The 4 Clubbers remix even got played on English radio stations...
- Right now, I work for two drive-in shows, and I have to say:
- It's really nice to see 500 people going crazy when you're behind the turntables!
